   Is anyone receiving the GOES area files from SSEC?  The last that we
   have received was ~19Z on 12/31/99.

Jim,

After we switched to Peter Neilley's feed at NCAR/RAP last night, we
have been receiving everything including GOES area files with no
problem.  My complete feed from Michigan quit after about 18 Z
yesterday, however.
