Gilbert,
It is supposed to be. Did you not get the NWS-INFO message that
Linda Miller forwards. There was a notification that the UKMET
was going to be injected into NOAAPORT. It caught me by suprise
as I had not heard anything about that until Linda's forwarded e-mail.
