noaaport down?

Hi all,

We haven't received any DDPLUS/HRS data since about 14:30 UTC 
(9:30 AM CST) today.. There appears to be no data coming out of
either thelma.ucar.edu or noaaport.ssec.wisc.edu.

Any ideas?  Maybe this is related to their IBM SP2 upgrade?
