Folks who feed from PSU's navierldm.meteo.psu.edu...

There's a scheduled power outage for the building where navierldm (navier)
resides early this Thursday morning (11-18-99) from 08Z-12Z (3-7 AM EST). 
The navierldm system will likely be down during part or all of this
period, so downstream sites should switch to a failover feed site before
then.
