Subject: vBNS problems

We have not received data from Unidata or SSEC since 11 a.m. due to a vBNS
problem in Seattle.  I just finally realized that I could still get NOAAPORT
from Alden (which I am now sending on to you), but I currently have no
alternative source for McIDAS.
