  The machine blueskies.sprl.umich.edu is soon to be replaced with a newer
Solaris machine to handle IDD tasks. blueskies is growing increasingly
unreliable, and I would like all users of the machine to switch to
aldehyde.sprl.umich.edu as soon as they can. I am going out of town for a
week starting Friday, and I doubt the blueskies machine will stay up in my
absence.

   FYI, I have left my position at the University of Michigan to work
full-time at the Weather Underground, Inc., but have agreed to maintain
the University's IDD node for at least 6 months until a permanent
replacement can be trained. However, I will still be active in the IDD as
I work with the Weather Underground, Inc., since we have agreed to use our
NOAAPORT dish to act as a redundant feed source for the IDD.
