I suspected that was the problem. Jim K had a VERY small product queue
on his LDM and admittedly, it was running on a VERY old IBM AIX box.
He's planning on moving it to a new Dell server soon. I don't know if
his current setup can handle a PQ that size but I'll recommend him
enlarging as large as he can.
I'll pass this along to Jim.
