network problems at UCAR?

Hi Bill, Unidata support, and IDD-relay,
    Looks like there are network problems at NCAR.
Packets are making it to UCAR, but not doing much once they get there!
I noticed there were problems the other day as well with UCAR sites. 
See attached traceroute. (course they may not see this email till the problem
is fixed!)

Our connection to our upstream site (Cornell) is good, as usual, since we use
the same provider. Again see attached traceroute below. I suspect Cornell is
having the same problem with late and missing data. Things don't seem any
better at our alternate feed sites. I can't get to the Unidata site to see how
others are faring, but this appears to be a UCAR problem so suspect anybody
using NCAR as the top level node is losing as well.

I wonder if there is an alternate site Cornell (and others) could use so that
this branch of the IDD tree (and others) starts getting data again?
