Subject: More on thelma

I've restarted iita.rap.ucar.edu, but still no connection can be
established to thelma from the iita ldm.  Here's some excerpts from
iita's ldm log file after this restart:

ldmping from iita to thelma still fails (SVC_UNAVAIL).  Regular ping
works OK.  No luck trying to telnet to iita still:

or with ssh:

  > ssh -l ldm thelma
  Secure connection to thelma refused; reverting to insecure method.
