Hey all,

GTE had a bad fiber cut in Chicago just before 20Z. No ETA when it comes
back. We have a partial T3 from GTE that is completely gone, but a T1 from
Norlight is up. However, it's saturated, so for tonight, y'all better feed
off of someone else.
