After one falls behind an hour the LDM skips products in the queue. Also, if you only request a subset then the ldm can take more tries to get the products. If you are not using the HDS model data, make a filter to eliminate it. The model data is large. > > > Another question. If one keeps requesting/sending trouble tickets the service will improve. The squeeky wheel approach seems to work. I can't really do anything because I'm not a customer.
