NOUS71 KNCF 302036 1999242 2040 ADANCF ATTN: ALL AWIPS SITES WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH SURFACE METAR REPORTS ON AWIPS. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE AROUND 2000Z.
