I just changed back to aqua in hopes that I can also work with your guys
to solve the problem.  I've included a copy of the ldmd.log file in
hopes that you may find some important information.

I do have one small concern (forgive my ignorance if you may) but would
having an old version of LDM installed have compatibility problems with
the changes brought in newer versions?  (We've been planning to upgrade,
but we need to upgrade the OS among other things. I'm not even sure
which version is installed.)
