Hi all,

UW Madison is having some problems with it's vBNS connection. Network
operations has been notified, I'll keep you posted if I hear anything
further.

This affects *.ssec.wisc.edu, *.meteor.wisc.edu, *.ersc.wisc.edu, basically
anything.wisc.edu.
