DUE TO CIRCUIT SWITCHING AT NWSTG, THE 12Z ETA MODEL DATA TRANSMISSION HAS
BEEN DELAYED.  NCF, NWSTG AND NCEP ARE WORKING ON RETRANSMISSION OF PRODUCT.
