One Wednesday, July 21, 1999, between 04:00 and 06:00 CDT, GTE Field
Service, Infrastructure Engineering and WorldCom technicians will hot
split the Paloalto/Vienna1 OC3 to include chicago1.  This will
increase backbone capacity into the chicago1 POP.

NIU may experience a network service degradation of <15 minutes as
the work is performed.
