eta model

Hiya,

The 12Z eta model was retransmitted this afternoon.  This caused a slow
down in other product arrivals, also this could cause LDM queue
saturation.  The LDM queue saturation, noticed by ldmd.log message stating
"Deleting oldest product..." causes performance degradation.  I don't know
the reason for the retransmission but it also happened this last weekend.
