The new iita LDM server (fwd)

Subject: The new iita LDM server 

We did a name change for the two iita machines today with
the DNS TTL (time-to-live) field changed two days ago from 
48 hours to 15 minutes.  Please update your hostname or 
local DNS cache as needed.  The IP address for the new
iita machine is 128.117.200.211
