I notice the header pattern is a little different than normal. One would expect DFUS01 KWBC or DFUS1 KWBC but note the actual pattern appears to have two spaces between the 1 and K. Perhaps this is your problem? You might try modifying your pattern a bit to allow for the various possibilities for this product.
