Subject: Fallout data (DFUS1 not being received)

We use the radiation fallout data (DFUS1 KWBC) for various
things here at NSBF.  We used to recieve it here via the IDD,
I believe even after the IDD switched over to NOAAPORT.  It 
is still being received via DDPLUS over our Alden feed and our
dial-up account with WSI has it, but not over the IDD.  I have
searched using the WXTLIST feature of McIDAS and trying to save 
the bulletin directly via pqact.conf, but no luck(trying for two days).

Can someone tell me if you are receiving this bulletin? :
