I am the point of contact at the National Scientific Balloon Facility, we are a NASA facility operated by Physical Sciences Laboratory of New Mexico State University. Our home facility is located in Palestine, Texas. The machine you are feeding (wxmcidas) is in Fort Sumner, New Mexico where we do stratospheric balloon launches from April through June and September through November.
