Could you add an allow UNIDATA|FSL2 for the National Scientific Balloon
Facility-Palestine? They have been having troubles receiving data from
most of the other feeder sites. But, the traceroutes to cirrus seems the
best bet so far. If this doesn't work out, we will look for an
alternative.
