Celia,

I don't what the problem was for sure.  The ldm was up and running
on wsihcsn, but no data was comming into it.  I restarted the ldm
and still no data,  about 15 minutes later data started coming into 
it. I think the wsi signal wasn't their :) 

cessna should be receiving data now.
