Its a general outage at the Gateway that started about 0100Z.  OSO is
furiously trying to get everything working.  It affected all 3 NOAAPORT
channels.  The models ran pretty much on time but they can't get the
data out.  There have been a few bursts of data but for the most part
OSO is down.

It is affecting normal FOS output as well.

Will monitor from this end!
