Slow connection from BBNPlanet (fwd)

Subject: Slow connection from BBNPlanet

Hello downstream sites from weather.admin.niu.edu,

Network ops at BBNPlanet is working on the hosed router in Chicago that I 
described a few days ago, which is causing slow connections out of NIU
through a certain Chicago BBNPlanet router. I have been emailing them and
they are looking into the problem. In the meantime, our connection to UIUC
has improved to the point where we can switch back to them for now.
However, if it gets bad this afternoon...and afternoons are when the
connections get bad, I'll switch to a backup site for data.
