Thanks!  I have changed all the data.atmos.uiuc.edu references to be
data2.atmos.uiuc.edu.  It looks like there is still some trouble with
the WMO (FOS) feed from your server...MCIDAS is coming in fine...or maybe it
is just timing.  I will let you know if it does not start up correctly by 
the turn of the hour (about 17 minutes or so).

Well, there still seems to be a problem with FOS (WMO) feed.  Please note the
appended log file [from the most recent ldm restart].  Looks like it is
upset about an unregistered RPC...
