Tom,
Try to ftp a product from aldehyde. Sometimes the routing changes cause
these type of problems. If you can't ftp a large product, then contact
your local network people and explain the problem. Sometimes the out/in
routes are different and the ldm doesn't get the acks in time so it times
out. Look at traceroutes from both ends, I think the new traceroutes
permits one to do it with the -g flag. Look at the man page.
