[GEMPAK #WVS-349216]: N-AWIPS training material

Hi,

First, many apologies for not responding to your inquiry before now!

GEMPAK has reverted to a community supported package, so we are not
the primary folks to contact about issues.  Instead, it is better to
send a note to the (still active) GEMPAK users via the email list
