[GEMPAK #AAV-649845]: Goes 16 question

Yes, but only the GOES-16/17 L2 images that are distributed by the
U.S. NWS in the NOAAPort Satellite Broadcast Network as tiles that
need to be stitched together to create full scenes.  The GOES-16/17
images that are distributed in the GOES ReBroadcast (GRB) are _not_
supported in GEMPAK.
