[GEMPAK #HTY-136903]: Build of GEMPAK 7.2.0 fails Solaris 11.2/Studio 12.3

From the log file:

If you want to build with f77, you have to replace 
$GEMPAK/source/gemlib/lc/lcabnd.f with an older version that does not use 
LEN_TRIM (fortran 90 function):
