Hello Amit, From the attached log file it appears that this error does not stop the decoder from processing the file, but instead is a report that a record within the file is not being found/decoded. Looking at the log entries for process ID 16935, the last log entry indicates that 20 records were successfully decoded. So I think the decoder is working as intended but there may be an entry missing in the BUFR tables for this mnemonic NC002001. I checked the most recent NAWIPS tables from NCEP and I don't see this NC002001 entry anywhere. I think it's safe to ignore the error.
