[GEMPAK #JHB-527431]: Labels control, sfgram

As for removing the GTEXT call, here are the instructions for getting the 
change in sfxgrf.f to work:


cd $GEMPAK/source/programs/sf/sfgram/
...make edits to sfxgrf.f...
rm $OS_LIB/sfgram.a
make all;make install;make clean

then run your script again and the text label plotting will be skipped.
