[GEMPAK #YPM-989909]: Lightning Strike Density

Hi Jason,

I put together a tutorial page about how to add table entries to display new 
grids in NMAP2.

You can follow the steps here if you have the grid files already, or you can 
wait to update with git if you're using that, I will be adding OPC lightning 
strike density entries to the GEMPAK source code since the work is now done.
