[GEMPAK #JZH-369433]: Decoders not working in fedora 17

Update.

With fc15+ and glibc/gfortran 4.6+ you need to add the flag -fno-whole-file to 
FOPT in Makeinc.linux64_gfortran (or appropriate file).

I added new Makeinc files for these systems here:
