[GEMPAK #DHZ-709940]: GFS T574 grids?

I can not find the T 574 27 km grids on CONDUIT, but they are available from 
NCEP:

in gdas.YYYYMMDD as files gdas1.t00z.sfluxgrbf00.grib2, for example:

ftp://ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/gfs/prod/

or from tgftp at NWS, in directory such as the following for RD.YYYYMMDD/

ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/ST.opnl/MT.gfs_CY.00/RD.20130205/PT.grid_DF.gr2/

I tested dcgrib2 on the f00 files from both sources and both decode into 81 
GEMPAK grids.
