[GEMPAK #WDZ-859813]: Solaris 10 GEMPAK 6.4.0 compile issues

Hi Adam,

I posted GEMPAK 6.6.0 for download on our website at 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/

I was able to build Solaris with gcc without error.  Hopefully you can do the 
same.  Let me know if you see anything wonky.
