I have available an updated zonebnds.tbl and zonebnds.tbl.info which can be 
downloaded from

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/tables/index.jsp

and placed in $GEMTBL/bounds/

Let me know if you have any more issues with GPWARN.
