[GEMPAK #XXV-841271]: CMC decode - only getting out to F024

Neil,

The change should be in the table directory which is specified in the pqact 
entries (whatever the path /home/gempak/NAWIPS/gempak/tables/ points to from 
the ldm account being used)

I'll need another day on my end to see if increasing the value has any effect, 
though it sounds like it didn't resolve the issue on your end.
