[GEMPAK #VYE-167337]: Apr6 build on Mac OS X

Could it be the MTMACH parameter problem?  It needs to be set to little endian 
type for Intel Macs.

in $GEMPAK/include/MCHPRM.Darwin set MTMACH=MTLNUX - users who reported these 
undefined symbol problems have sometimes found this to work.
