[GEMPAK #CXJ-643648]: problem running areainfo on GOES-13 images

An update for GOES-13 has been released that solves this areaInfo problem, and 
can be downloaded from

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/mjames/gempak/gempak_upc5.11.4-upd-201004.tar.gz


INSTRUCTIONS:

* save to $NAWIPS
* uncompress (tar -xvzf gempak_upc5.11.4-upd-201004.tar.gz) in $NAWIPS

* cd $NAWIPS/gempak/source/gemlib/im/
* make all
* ar -rv $OS_LIB/gemlib.a *.o

* cd $NAWIPS/unidata/programs/areainfo/
* make all install
