[GEMPAK #BLG-266408]: Mar 2010 build on FreeBSD 7.2

Hi Neil,

There should be an entry point for these functions in gemlib.a.

What is the result of "nm $OS_LIB/gemlib.a | grep oa_gfil_" ?
