Hi Neil,

This problem seems to pop up on a few different systems with GEMPAK 5.11.4.  I 
have no yet released a universal fix for this, but members have solved it on 
their systems by either updating netCDF to 4.0.1 or by using "libtoolize" 
mentioned in this thread:
