[GEMPAK #BOE-122233]: GFS MOS

Keshab,

GFS MOS are written as surface files rather than grids.  You'll want to use 
SFMAP instead of GDPLOT2 and define DATTIM as "100128/1200" rather than 
"100127/1200f024", for example.
