[Support #KNI-728478]: MAPFIL in GDPLOT



Hi Bob,

If you're running gdplot from a script you will have to escape the $ character 
so that the shell doesn't try to interpret it. 

\$MAPFIL        = hicnus.nws + hipowo.cia

Let me know if this solves the problem.
