[GEMPAK #MEY-607218]: GDLIST output data precision

Dan,

The list output format of GDLIST is 2 decimal places and
not configurable. You could set SCALE to shift the data by
poiwers of ten to see greater resolution as long as you accounted
for the scaling in any other processing.
