I received a station table correction from CPTEC/INPE Brazil

> The synop data station 83786 (UBATUBA-SP, BRAZIL) has wrong lat/lon
> coordinates (lat:-2310, lon:-4505 ) on GEMPAK tables ($GEMTBL/stns):

> The correct values are:
> lat lon
> -2345 -4507
