[GEMPAK #IXX-710479]: GUI data handling problem

Location of data is controlled through the datatype.tbl file:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/tutorial/filetemplates.html
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/tutorial/importingdata_gui.html

Environmental variables for paths located in datatype.tbl are set
by source'ing the Gemenviron configuration file as mentioned in:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/GEMPAK/Install_GEMPAK.html
