[GEMPAK #PQB-907490]: Gempak libraries

David,

The link errors are due to undefined references from the Fortran
compiler. If you are using GEMPAK libraries build with g77,
then you have to tell your pg compiler to add the
appropriate libU77 libI77 system routines using the 
-g77libs flag.
