However, if colors are all gray, then you probably have an error that the image type/band/number is not defined in the $GEMTBL/sat/imgtyp.tbl file. The imgtyp entry for the N0R product defines the default color table with the mapping of pixel values. I provide entries for a N0R composite that we distribute via the IDD, but if you have a N02 product- chances are a different band number is being used.
