Zitian, I am not familiar with your program mentioned below, and don't know what data set you are using for input, but in regards to probabalistic qpf from ensemble members, GEMPAK's ENS_ functions can be used to compute cumulative probability of precipitation given the member precipitation forecasts (such as ENS_PROB, ENS_PRCNTL, ENS_CPRB).
